This winter season, our JEŠTĚD SKI SCHOOL has prepared a day camp full of skiing and fun for your children. The camp takes place during the spring school holidays in the Liberec region.
1 – 5 February 2027
During the winter camp, children will improve their skiing skills, learn the basics of safe behaviour on the slopes and in the mountains, and be introduced to avalanche safety equipment. They can also look forward to a presentation by the mountain rescue service and their winter equipment. The day camp takes place at the Ještěd ski resort with the ski school facilities on site, just a few steps from the Horní Hanychov tram stop.
Camp Description:
- This suburban camp is for children aged 6 to 14 years.
- It runs from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (skiing in the morning, fun games in the snow in the afternoon).
- Lunch and snacks provided in the morning and afternoon program
- Division into performance groups
- On Friday there will be ski races for children with valuable prizes
Preliminary schedule:
- 8:00 arrival of children
- Morning program - ski technique lessons
- Break for snack
- Morning program - ski technique lessons
- 12:00 lunch
- Afternoon programme - adventure camp game
- 16:00 pick-up of children
What to pack for the children:
- Health insurance card (copy is sufficient)
- Medication that the child takes regularly
- Pocket allowance (at parents' discretion)
- Clothing suitable for skiing
Recommended:
- spare clothes out
- a balaclava, a hat that fits under the helmet
- at least two gloves, a neck warmer or a scarf
- winter boots suitable for staying and moving in the snow
- boots for changing in the children's play area
- a change of clothes for the play area
